I watched a talk show the other day and the host mentioned he wanted to ‘rub elbows’ with a well-known celebrity. We often want to rub elbows with the rich and famous. Spiritual practice is our way of rubbing elbows with God. By reading scripture, meditating and giving thanks we stay connected to the divine qualities of Love, Joy, Peace, Beauty and Abundance. That’s how God lives in us. The story of the vine and branches remind us that God lives in us and through us daily. It is up to us to stay connected and willing to receive.
When we stay centered in Divine ideas and ideals, we stay centered in God. We are open to the abundant attributes and blessings that God has to offer us. Have an abundant day!
