Clogged sink, taxes due, car repair needed. The mind goes on overwhelm and spirals downward with thoughts of fear and scarcity. Am I going to give my power to my fear thoughts or on spiritual principle?

There are principles or laws that are constantly at work in the world around us. We know there is a law of gravity. We can’t see it or feel it but we know without it we would be left floating around the universe. We know gravity is there and we depend on it to keep us grounded.

By being aware of the spiritual laws, we can put our attention on them and use them to our benefit. For example, spiritual principle states ‘Whatever we put our attention on increases.’ I can spend my time in worry or in faith that everything I need will be provided.
Fillmore states, “To demonstrate Principle keep establishing yourself in affirmations of the law. The more often you present to your mind a logical and true proposition, the stronger becomes the inner feeling of the realization.”

I choose the principle of peace today knowing that everything I need is already provided. Praise God!
